A reporter from the „Rachel Maddow Show” also reported on EMIH’s „Rally for Peace” event last week on Jászai Mari Square and the subsequent Purim celebration, noting that dozens of Ukrainian refugees also attended the event:
Hundreds of people, mostly Ukrainian refugees, took part in the Purim ceremony at the Zsilip cultural center. Prior to the religious program, EMIH — the Association of Hungarian Jewish Communities — held a peace rally on Jászai Mari Square in Budapest.
